CCM, the "River and Catchment Database for Europe" stand for Catchment Characterisation and Modelling. CCM and is a project of the European Commission, ( "DG Joint Research Centre (JRC)" and "Institute for Environment and Sustainability (IES)").

Available Thems are River Segments, Catchment Boundaries at different Strahler orders, River Basins (draining to the sea), Lakes and Wetlands
